New Tesco Store, Clapham
Restoration work on the new Tesco's store in Clapham was completed in 2005 by Metropolitan Stone. The facade which is made from brick and stone was cleaned simultaneously with water, chemicals and then grit blasted. Metropolitan Stone supplied and build the pre-cast stone for the new entrance which included an extensive balustrade feature. The project duration was two years, but Metropolitan Stones work took between 5-6 months over the summer of 2005 at a value of £190,000.

43 King Street, Covent Garden, London
Works carried out for Durkan Pudelek Ltd at 43 King Street in Covent Garden, London. The project consisted of stone cleaning using JOS/DOFF cleaning methods, chemical cleaning, poultice cleaning and brick restoration. Also the design, supply and fixing of precast Portland Portico. The design, supply and fixing of natural Portland stone treads and risers, and York stone paving together with K-grip inserts. Work took 18 months to complete and the project value was £206,000.

Works carried out for Gilmac Construction Services at 24-26 Buckle Street/Leman Street. The project included the design, supply and fixing of pre-cast Portland stone cladding to the front of the building. Works took 6 months to complete and the project value was £110,000.

Works carried out for Kier Construction at 44-46 Great Marlborough Street in London. The project consisted of the design, supply and fixing of natural Portland stone. Works took 12 months to complete and the project value was £150,000.
